Hey Everybody, this is Sam Jackson with Heartland Turf and Landscape and normally I'm making videos with helpful tips and you know lawn and garden advice that we can pass on. But right now I'm making a video because I'm actually looking for some tips and advice from everyone out there in Facebook land. So we've been in business 20 years and we are experiencing probably the not probably we're experiencing the worst labor shortage that we've ever experienced in our 20 years in business. And despite offering up to $20 per hour for our field staff with paid time off and health benefits and time and a half overtime pay. We really have a lot of benefits to offer but we're still having a really, really hard time getting people into work and we're really short staffed. So if anyone out there knows a someone hard working person that's looking for a great job with great pay, send them our way. We've got lots of work and lots of overtime hours to pay.
